Hi, I’m Bex, based in Brighton, UK.
I offer one-to-one and group sessions with sound therapy, therapeutic voice, singing, and shamanic practices.
Grounded in safety, compassion, and non-judgement, I create space for self-enquiry, discovery, creativity, release and healing.
sound - singing - shamanic practice
Very unexpected - the results I got in just a few sessions were so powerful. It has helped me a lot so far and I’m so grateful, plus I now have more tools to add to my regular practice. Bex was a great therapist - non judgemental, holding the space and I feel at ease to go into a deep healing process with her with each session.

Sound medicine and ancient knowledge
If you are struggling, feeling low, in pain, stressed, anxious, repeating the same patterns… 1:1 sessions could help.
If you have had talking therapy but feel stuck or like there is deeper work to be done, this could be for you.
We work together holistically; mind, body, spirit.
This is a compassionate approach that is solution-focused, aimed at supporting your growth, healing and wellbeing as you move forward in life.
group singing in new ways….
Singing and therapeutic voicework offers mood-enhancing benefits, stress reduction, and improved mental and emotional wellbeing. Circle singing in a group builds community, and provides an outlet for creativity, fun and emotional release.
Learn Circle Singing techniques and enjoy in-the-moment music making. Discover new tools for wellbeing through breath, voice, ritual and body awareness.
The group singing with Bex was such an original experience; gentle, friendly, funny and light along with being focussed, professional and powerful. The energy of the women, the way our voices weaved together, and how we surprised ourselves with our own voices, the spontaneity, the developing confidence in new techniques, and trusting ourselves - it was beautiful and powerful, and at times, totally hysterical. I adored it and would love to be part of it again.
